On January 9, 2008, the Members of the Old Town Civic Assocation, Inc. approved Waterfront Area Planning Standards (the "Waterfront Standards").  The Waterfront Standards incorporated the results of a survey that was sent to all members as well as other research conducted by the committee members.  The committee consists of Linda Couture (Co-Chair), Poul Hertel (Co-Chair), Jon Aaronsohn, Tim Elliot, Bert Ely,  Julie Crenshaw Van Fleet, Townsend "Van" Van Fleet, and Tara Zimnick-Calico.  Below are the documents used in the Waterfront Standards as well as some related documents.  If you would like to learn more about the Waterfront Standards, please contact Linda Couture at lcouture@oldtowncivic.org.
