Old Town Civic Association, Inc. (OTCA) was incorporated and effective January 1, 2007, all members of the unincorporated Old Town Civic Association automatically became members of Old Town Civic Association, Inc.  As a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, OTCA has two primary governing documents.  Those documents are the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.  To the extent that an issue is not covered by the Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws, the Virginia Nonstock Corporation Act (Title 13.1, Chapter 10 of the Code of Virginia) governs the corporation, its officers and directors, and its members.  The Bylaws of OTCA were adopted at a meeting of the membership on March 14, 2007.  The Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws can be viewed by clicking below.
